Welcome back to The McShay Report! We’ve got a fun newsletter today. I’ve spoken with sources around the league and consulted my own scouting reports to detail five NFL draft prospect risers and four fallers as we enter Week 11 of the college football season. So much can still change from now until the draft in April, but we’ve got enough tape to start sharpening some of these pre-combine evaluations.
